WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS AND AVAILABILITY? 

We are available to answer emails, calls and texts Monday to Sunday 10AM - 9PM. Mobile Massage availability is dependent on the RMT, as each one will have different days and times set. If you wish to book a mobile massage we require two days notice of when you would like your massage appointment.


WHERE DO YOU PROVIDE MOBILE MASSAGE?

We provide mobile massage to those in and around Toronto and the GTA. We will do our best to find an RMT able to travel to your location for your convenience!

If you live outside the GTA, please feel free to contact us with an inquiry.  Depending upon the travel distance, we may be able to serve your location.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK?

In order to ensure our RMTs are paid, payment must be done before the mobile massage appointment. If you choose to save your card on file, then the charge will be done after or during the massage. For other types of payment, we can send an invoice, e-transfer request, or take your card over the phone. Refunds will be issued in the event the massage is altered to less time or canceled. After receiving payment you will be emailed a receipt, signed by the RMT with everything you need to submit to your insurance.

WHAT STEPS DO WE USE FOR PREVENTION?

RMTs are currently required to wear a mask to treat. It is strongly suggested our clients wear their own as well but it is not mandatory for those with respiratory conditions. We are also required to screen every client for COVID-19 symptoms before each treatment. After each massage, the RMT will use an approved disinfectant to wipe down the table and pillows. RMT's will also clean their hands before and after treatment with sanitizer if soap and water are not an option. All linens used will be fresh and clean. After use, they are professionally cleaned.

IS IT JUST RELAXATION MASSAGE?

If you want a massage to relax we can definitely do that. If there's something more specific you'd like treated, such as stiff neck, sore lower back, tight calves, etc. We can do more focused massage treatments as well.

IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO SUPPLY FOR THE RMT?

We are required to make a file for every new client and will ask for your information. Depending on the RMT you may be asked to provide the pillows, otherwise the RMT will have everything they need to provide the massage comfortably in your home. If you want to use your own sheets, table, oil, etc, let the RMT know.

IS THE MASSAGE DONE WITH OIL/LOTION/GEL?

In most cases, yes. The RMT will bring their own lotion/oil/gel to provide the massage treatment. However, if you prefer massage over the clothes or sheets, that's no problem! Simply let the RMT know. Also, if you prefer to use your own lotion, let the RMT know.

DO YOU TREAT MORE THAN ONE PERSON AT A LOCATION?

Definitely. We get a lot of couples wanting to do massage. It's convenient because one can look after the kids while the other is in the massage. After the massage, they can switch instead of worrying about childcare. If you want more than two family members or friends treated at your location, let the RMT know. There may be a limit to the number of massages they can provide that day.

HOW DO WE ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR CLIENTS?

Jennifer Soullier RMT & Associates interviews and screens each RMT carefully.  If you have any questions or concerns about an RMT or associate, please contact us. In the event the client is uncomfortable during the massage treatment they may end the massage early.

HOW DO WE ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR RMTS?

We ensure the safety of our RMTS by asking new clients to provide us with a photo ID in addition to the standard information for their file. RMTs are required to check-in before each massage and when they are finished. RMTs can end the treatment at anytime due to inappropriate behavior or suggestions.

HOW DOES THE INSURANCE PART WORK?

In order to get covered by your insurance for the massage, you will be responsible for submitting your receipt to them. You can log into your account, read the booklet, or call your insurance provider for details about your personal benefit plan. They should tell you how much you have for massage yearly and how much per session is covered. Some may require a doctor's note beforehand for you to get covered for massage.
